Refund Policy

If you’ve had a change of heart and wish to return an item, you have a 28-day window starting from the delivery date to initiate the return process.

For the return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and contain all items that were included.
  • It should be in its original packaging, including any applicable tags.
  • It must be in a condition suitable for resale, unopened with seals intact.
  • You need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For card payments, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, while for PayPal transactions, it might take up to 30 days.

If your item has been shipped already, please follow the instructions of how to return your item.

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us, you should therefore retain your proof of postage. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded.
