Exchange policy

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must contact us via email and inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to you. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or include suitable charges for problems raised after the 30 day period. Individual damaged or missing cards or instructions  can be posted out when notified within 30 days.
